Lana's First Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Nana and Grandpa were here along with Sean. Sean also invited some friends from the area so we had a nice big crowd. Sean's friends were great. Cyndie and I got along perfectly and Cyndie's daughter, Annabeth, and Lana attempted to play together. Lana would just start smiling and laughing everytime she saw Annabeth. (Annabeth will be a year old this week, I think.)

Uncle Sean got here first on Tuesday. He was a great help with the cooking. Lana really thought Uncle Sean was interesting. She loved trying to grab his face and just look at him.


Nana and Grandpa got in on Wednesday. Lana loves sitting with Grandpa watching football (as always).


And she helped Nana playing cards...




Sean's friends also came in on Wednesday so we had a nice big dinner then too. Thanksgiving day was good. Dinner was late because we thought the turkey was done, but it wasn't and had to go back in. I think Lana liked her first Thanksgiving meal. We let her try almost everything except the stuffing, which we thought was too spicy.


She really liked the mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes as you can tell.
