Calli Snuggling and Zoo Trip

Anne and Clark got Calli and Lana each these really soft stuffed sheep. Lana's is about Lana's size and Calli's is about Calli's size. Calli loves snuggling up to it and keeps trying to eat it every time we let her lay on it. Of course we have to watch her on it since she loves to just bury her face in the sheep. Still, she's too cute snuggled up with it.

Today we hit the zoo with 7 other moms and a total of 10 kids (all under four and most under 2). Yeah, it made for an interesting caravan. The little four year old in the group played tour guide. He was so cute making sure everyone stayed together and was ready and all that. He was also in charge of the map. Lana was still terrified of all of the animals. She even was scared of otters which she loved at the zoo in Tampa. She did love the ducks, especially the baby ducklings, though. And she had a great time with her two best friends, Ella and Jack. Ella is a new little girl in Lana's class who started in January. She's a few months younger than Lana and Jack. Lana and Ella seemed to have hit it off from day one both being pretty small for their age and they are always playing together. Jack is never left out, though. The teachers say that Lana is always checking to see where Jack is and make sure he's following the group and all. All I know is that she had a great time chasing Jack around the zoo giving him hugs and holding Ella's hand.

Calli had a good time at the zoo too. She slept nearly the entire time and enjoyed the fresh air if nothing else. Gotta love that double stroller. Here are a few pics from us at the zoo:
