Biscuits for Calli

So last week before school started, we were over checking out Ms. Tenessa's and then heading to the mall for some back-to-school shopping. We decided to (finally) try out Babe's Chicken for lunch. Seriously yummy fried chicken and tons of biscuits. Well, as usual, Calli was demanding our food, so we let her try some tiny pieces of biscuit. She loved them, of course, and demanded more. Well, Brent finally broke them up into big enough pieces for her to pick up and get in her mouth. Between eating them and dropping them (50/50 ratio), Calli went through almost two biscuits and loved them!! It was too funny. Only problem is now she is almost completely refusing her vegtable baby food and only tolerating the fruits and yogurt if we aren't eating with her or she wants what we're having. Now that she's had a taste of "real" food, she's so not into the whole baby food junk. (Can you blame her?) Anyway, we've been letting her have tiny bits of things in the past week or so. She's not really quite ready yet but she's trying really hard. Here's a pic of her at Babe's looking stunned and confused:

And another of her eating the buscuit. (I know it's out of focus but I wanted to show you the size of the pieces she was eating!)
