Barack Obama has won!!!

We are so excited that Obama has won. Even if he lives up to half of what he says he'll do, our country will be that much better for my girls growing up. I even thought about waking Lana up but I know she won't understand the importance of this amazing occasion. She did stay up a little late to watch "the colors" and kept asking about the "orange ones" (polls not called yet). She was saying "Go Blue" and trying to figure out what a map was and what a country was. She may not get it yet, but as Nana said tonight, by the time Obama is out of office (even if it's just in four years), she'll understand so much more and will (hopefully) grow up in a better country because of this election. Nana and Pop worked very hard in Florida for the Obama campaign (going door to door when needed) and we're so proud of them. Uncle Sean is actually at Obama's victory party at Grant Park. Here are a few pics from Mom's friend at an Obama rally they worked a week or two ago.

ETA - Sorry, Mom took the second pic. Her friend took the first. Her camera just didn't have a long enough zoom on it for her (even though she was in the front row of the stands).
