Irish Festival 2009

The Irish festival was a week and a half ago and we all went again. What a difference a year makes. Here's the post from last year's Irish Fest. Calli was barely a month old and had just met Nana. This year, both girls got their faces painted (and loved it). Lana is still talking about her rainbow and Calli's shamrock. Lana was fascinated by the Irish dancers. She was standing on the bleachers watching them so I couldn't get a pic of her but she was just in awe. She wanted to stay there all day. As it was, we went back at least twice to watch more of the shows. I'm going to have to get that kid in dance lessons soon. Calli loved it too and loved all the music. She kept trying to sing along with the music (any music) and clapping. It was a fun (but exhausting) day for everyone...
