More Pool and Beach Pics

Ok, well, we tried going to the zoo on Monday and had a good time. Lana liked the otters a lot and the sting rays. Her favorites (scarily enough) were the snakes. Unfortunately, she was a little scared of all the bigger animals that she loves in all her books like the giraffes, elephants and gorillas. Oh well, at least she had fun running around and was exhausted afterwards.




Other than that, we spent our mornings playing around the house and swimming in the pool until Lana turned purple. I never actually made it in the pool, but everyone else was willing to brave the cold for Lana. Thank God for pool heaters. I think the water was at least 10 degrees warmer than the air on any given day.






And then after Lana's nap, we'd head to the beach for an hour or two.
