Lana's Birthday Early

So a few presents came today from Nana and PopPop for Lana's second birthday. We decided to go ahead and let her open them to spread out the presents a bit rather than having all of them thrown at her all at once. They know her too well sending all the little gifts wrapped individually so Lana got to tear into all of them. There were leis, a bracelet, clothes, a Cars magnet thingy, slippers (that Lana calls "princess shoes") and books. Lana loved everything but she loved her princess book the best. She called up Nana (on her own) and said "Thank you so much. Princess Book. I love it." Then she said "Six necklaces. See." and held the phone up to the leis. She thinks the phone is the same as the webcam we use to talk to Nana on the computer. Too cute!!






Lana insisted on taking her princess book and princess shoes to bed with her tonight. She wanted the Cars magnet toy too, but I was worried about her losing all the small pieces and kept it out for her to play with with Jack tomorrow.
