Ladybug Plate

So again coming from the No Time For Flash Cards blog, I decided to try another craft idea for a slow day. I cut all the pieces up ahead of time knowing Lana would never let me do it at the time. She was a bit timid at first not understanding that I wanted her to paint the whole plate red. Of course, after that it was impossible to get her not to paint every other paper/project completely. At least she had fun. She wasn't too thrilled about putting the spots on (I interrupted Cinderella.) so I don't have any pics of that - just the final product. She even put the spots on mostly herself. I just told her to put it on the red part and to try to avoid the other spots.
