Then we headed out for the buses and Magic Kingdom.

Getting to Disney, we headed straight to Toontown to see the princesses again. Lana was going nuts just waiting in line knowing what was coming. We decided to let her wear her Cinderella dress (like half the girls in line) Thursday. She loved it. Here's Lana taking a dive into Cinderella's arms...
And here are the pics of her with Cinderella and Aurora from Thursday:

After that, we wandered around and then headed to the Grand Floridian for breakfast for lunch. (Technically it was a breakfast reservation but it was at 11:30 so it was our lunch.) Winnie the Pooh and Tigger were there along with Alice and the Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins. As always, Lana did great with the "real" people but not so much with the characters. She warmed up a bit as Calli was happy enough taking pics and "meeting" everyone.

After that, we headed back to Magic Kingdom. We had talked about going back to the hotel for naps so that maybe the girls would last through the night parade that night since Lana was getting cranky. Lana seemed to perk up and we had only seen the princesses all day so we decided to push on. We went on a Winnie the Pooh ride (which no one was a fan of) and on the train. Then we waited in line for ages for the Jungle Cruise. The girls were so good waiting and had a lot of fun on the boat ride.

After that, it was almost dinner time and time for a Cinderella Christmas show, so we headed to the castle. Poor Daddy and Pop were sent off to brave the crowds to get dinner for us and the girls. Unfortunately, by the time they got back, it was a madhouse and trying to get to us was nearly impossible. Still, the girls loved the little show where they lit up the castle with all the icicle lights for Christmas.

After that, we decided to keep going until the girls crashed (or we did). Calli was sound asleep wrapped up in her blanket and Lana insisted on going on the carousel again. Then we headed to the "princess store" for a few souvenirs.

Here's where we made our big mistake, though. We all started to get tired and decided to head back to the hotel and tried to make it out before the light parade started. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it out and got stuck in the middle of a mass of people where no one was going anywhere. Calli was not the happiest after she woke up, but she was mostly fine when I got back to her (from Lana who was up with Pop). But poor Brent was a mess. For those of you who don't know Brent well, he doesn't do crowds...like really really really freaks out when he's stuck in the middle of one like that. Thankfully, he survived it, but that's about all we'll say about it.
On the bus ride home, Lana was chattering away about wanting to stay up and play when we got back to the hotel...right up until she crashed in Nana's arms.

On Friday, we had planned on just having lunch in Downtown Disney and maybe doing a little shopping. We ended up spending a good bit of time in Downtown Disney having a very nice lunch, riding one last ride and doing some shopping. Lana loved the legos and the gigantic Disney Store (or at least the princesses out front).

Surprisingly, we actually stayed under our budget even with new earrings for the girls and an assortment of ornaments, t-shirts and various souvenirs. We had so much fun. Thankfully both girls crashed as soon as we got in the car and slept most of the way to Nana's. You can even see Lana under all her puppies.

You took so many great pictures. I can't wait to take Evan and little one to Disney one day. I think we are planning on Evan's next birthday at Disney, so next December.
Love the pictures! Glad you had a great time!
