Calli's First Pedi Appt

So Calli had her first pediatrician appointment. It went really well. We just love our pediatrician!! Calli has only lost about 4 oz and is down to 5 lbs 12 oz (exactly what Lana was when she was born). Dr. Goff said that Calli is doing wonderfully and he was really happy with her growth (or rather how little she lost). Everything looks good. She's eating really well and sleeping as much as we could hope for. He did say that he would really really prefer that we keep Calli homebound and away from company as much as possible for the next few weeks. With her officially being a premie and being so small plus Texas having a "widespread" flu epidemic, he just thinks it's better to keep her away from people as much as possible at least until her due date or her two week check up and see what he says then. Of course, we all know that Lana is the most likely to bring something home from school or wherever, but since we can't do much about that we'll do what we can about everything else. Still, I'm not sure I won't go stir crazy in a week since I'm pretty much stuck as long as Calli is, but if it will keep her from getting sick at least until she's a bit older, we'll do what we need to do.
