Fun Thursday Playdate

So Thursday was our first really hot day (that we weren't totally swamped with things to do). Melanie and Jack came over after school for a little playdate. We didn't have the big pool yet so I got the toddler pool set up for the kids in the morning so it wouldn't be freezing when they got in. Then we got out the rest of the toys.





Lana even laid down in the water to show us how she could kick.


Lana kept trying to dump water on Jack when Jack decided he was done with the pool too early. The only problem was that Jack loved Lana's powerwheels car and we had to stop her from pouring water on that (since it's battery operated).





Even Calli got in for a quick dip.



And stayed in her swim suit to stay cool the rest of the afternoon...
